Tacoma completes latest Prairie Line Trail segment

The latest segment of downtown Tacoma’s Prairie Line Trail — from the University of Washington Tacoma campus to the Foss Waterfront — is complete, and a celebration is planned from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today.
